reach out via our website, or meet us at their oncology center through our Allies of Hope cancer center outreach program to request a match with a trained volunteer who has undergone treatment and lived through a similar cancer experience.<\/p><p>The matching process includes an initial client assessment, coordination of a peer match, oversight of the process, and client and volunteer surveys to ensure that the program is offered at the highest standard. All volunteers complete our professionally approved, proprietary Support Volunteer training program and are engaged and mentored throughout the process. Their care is individual, but there\u2019s power in numbers.
